uPVC Pressure Piping System
Most comprehensive range with wide spectrum of fittings.

Supreme offers an exhaustive range of uPVC pressure pipes and fittings in different pressure classes. Pipes with both types of joints, i.e., solvent cement type and rubber seal type are available. Varieties of moulded fittings and wide range of handmade fittings are also available to offer complete piping solution. These pipes are superior to CI, Dl or RCC pipes as they are lighter in weight, easy and quick to install, have excellent corrosion and chemical resistance, higher flow rates, longer life and economy. These pipes have the approval of MJP.

Pipes : 20 to 450 mm as per IS:4985 in PN 2.5 to 12.5 kgf/cm² pressure class.

Polyethylene Piping System

Supreme polyethylene pipes are a safe, long lasting and cost effective solution for variety of applications. manufactured using superior quality virgin raw material with the help of state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Stringent tests on raw material and finished goods helps to ensure the quality as per the national and international standards. Supreme PE pipes are manufactured according to IS:4984 and ISO:4427 and are tested by WRc-NSF, UK that endorses its suitability for potable water.

uPVC High Pressure Plumbing System
The easy and economical solution

Supreme “lead free” aqua Gold high pressure uPVC solvent weld plumbing system is an economical solution for transportation and distribution of potable water and many other applications.

This hygienic and cost effective system is not only technically superior to conventional GI piping systems but offers many additional advantages over them. This system is very easy to install and functionally the most suitable for variety of plumbing application. It has much longer life span besides being cost effective.

Pipes: : 15 to 250mm (½" to 10") sizes in SCH 40 and SCH 80 pressure class as per ASTM D-1785

Fittings: 15 to 200mm (½" to 8") sizes in SCH 80 as per ASTM D-2467 and 15 to 50mm ( ½" to 2") sizes in SCH 40 as per ASTM D-2466. Pressure rating varies from 41.4 to 9.8 kgf/cm for SCH 40 and 58.6 to 16.1 kgf/cm for SCH 80 based on pipe size.

The most reliable plumbing system

Designed for hot and cold water, Supreme indo green PP-R is the latest and the most suitable system for all plumbing applications. Beside plumbing, this system can also be used for varieties of applications. The specific chemical structure of indo green PP-R provides well balanced mechanical properties and superior long term heat resistance. More importantly, the water flowing through it does not have any negative biological effects and hence remains most hygienic. Thus, it is highly suitable for potable water application. The system has been in use for more than 25-30 years in Europe, Gulf, China, Russia and gained good acceptance across the world.

To meet the increasing demand for a superior quality water storage solution, Supreme offers a wide range of water tanks under the brand name ‘SILTANK’. Manufactured using virgin raw material, these tanks are made available from 100 to 10000 ltrs capacities. Siltank overhead water tanks are available in two, three, and four layered designs in different colours including the ISI variety in black colour. The four layered thermally insulated water tanks are exclusively designed using the foam layer to minimize the effects of sunlight.

It keeps the water cool in summer and prevents it from getting too cold during winter. Besides being elegant, Siltanks are much stronger and durable due to their unique rib structured design. In addition to the overhead tanks, the Loft tanks in different sizes and varieties are made available to complete the range. Thus, Siltanks are much superior to any other water tanks available in the market in terms of strength and performance. Underground Drainage and Sewer System
An underground revolution

Supreme Nu-drain is intended to carry soil and waste from building to roadside sewers or drains and from there to treatment plant or disposal point. This system offers multiple advantages over traditional drainage products for all sorts of drainage and sewerage application and installations. This can also be used for rainwater collection and disposal, including rainwater harvesting. Being 100% watertight, this complete system is free from ingress and seepage of water and hence considered to be most hygienic. Unlike conventional drainage products, it is free from pollution of underground water, soil or ill effects on building foundations. Access to a sewer system for inspection, cleaning or maintenance is obtained either through an inspection chamber or a manhole. Most of the sewer maintenance requirements are fulfilled through Ultra 600 inspection chambers, however, manholes are required where man entry is a must, Supreme readymade, ready to use Ultra1000 and Ultra1200 manholes consists of a base, a shaft and a cone with suitable cover.

In addition to this three piece design, a single piece design is also offered. This robust manhole is designed, manufactured and tested as per EN:13598 standards. This versatile product with a combination of strength and elasticity is the result of our extensive R & D. Underground Water Tanks
An advanced solution for safe sanitation

The Supreme Safegard septic tanks are designed to provide a better substitute to existing conventional brick and mortar septic tanks or tanks made out of Hume pipes. Conventional septic tanks are associated with multiple problems of corrosion and leakages thereby polluting soil and ground water. Besides cumbersome and time consuming construction and repeated maintenance requirements, the life span of these concrete tanks is short and uncertain. On the other hand, Supreme Safegard septic tanks are free from the above problems and offers many outstanding features..

Product Range :

We offer septic tanks in different sizes ranging from 1000 to 29,500 ltrs capacity. Septic tanks up to 3000 litrs are available in vertical design which has two separate integral compartment for proper settlement and decomposition of solid waste whereas, the septic tanks above 5500 ltrs capacity have modular horizontal design. Different modular units can be connected with each other for increased capacity up to 29,500 litrs.

Readymade Toilet Blocks and Public Urinals
After the success of “Nu-Drain underground drainage system” and “Safegard readymade septic tanks”, we are pleased to introduce yet another innovative and useful product i.e. mobile readymade toilet blocks with Indian and European style WC’s, mens urinals and ladies urinals under the brand name of ‘Cleanage’.

The modular toilet block having European WC is provided with overhead water tank and flushing facility. Modular toilet blocks can be installed in a series with minimum space requirement. These superior products offer multiple advantages and are in line with central Govt’s initiatives to provide sanitation for all. Structured Wall Pipes
Hi-tech pipes for drainage and sewerage application

In our endeavor to new product developments, we are continually adding various new products for vast spectrum of application segments. Underground drainage and sewerage is one such segment where company is very active. Supreme now becomes the first to offer almost all varieties of structured wall pipes.

Eco-drain pipes are not solid wall pipes but have a unique wall structure i.e. with a number of “holes” in the wall thickness in longitudinal direction. It is a “Profile” wall pipe using I-beam construction. Due to this design the Eco-drain pipes are noticeably lighter and less expensive than any existing PVC pipe of similar stiffness and many times lighter than the concrete pipe with equivalent load carrying capacity.

In addition to the solid wall pipes and Eco-drain structured wall pipes we have introduced Foam core pipe in 110mm size. These pipes are supplied in socketed ends.

Product Range :

Pipes : 110 to 400mm in SN 2, SN 4 and SN 8 stiffness class as per IS:16098 (Part 1) standard.

110 and 160mm sizes are also made available with integral socket and hole closing.

Double Wall Corrugated Pipes
Ideal pipes for drainage and sewerage application.

Supreme Ultra plus double wall corrugated pipes are much stronger than solid wall pipes of the same wall thickness. A unique corrugated external wall structure and glass smooth internal surface allows uninterrupted flow without any blockages and also provides required stiffness and flexibility to sustain soil and traffic loads. These pipes produced with state of the art technology offer multiple benefits, especially they are much lighter than any conventional pipe and are even lighter than solid wall plastic (PVC, HDPE or PP) pipes of similar stiffness class. This remarkable material property gives these pipes an edge over many other conventional pipes in terms of handling and installation.

Pipes : 75 to 800mm dia sizes in SN 4 and SN 8 stiffness class as per IS 16098. These pipes are made available in plain end form as well as with integral sockets along with necessary fittings.
